User Registration and App Usage Privacy Agreement

We would like to remind you (user) that before registering as a user, please carefully read this "User Registration and Use App Privacy Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") to ensure that you fully understand the terms of this Agreement. Please carefully read and choose to accept or reject this agreement. Unless you accept all the terms of this agreement, you have no right to register, log in, or use the services covered by this agreement. Your registration, login, use, and other actions will be deemed as acceptance of this agreement, and you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. This agreement stipulates the rights and obligations between this product and the user regarding this software service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). Users refer to individuals or organizations who register, log in, and use this service. This agreement can be updated by this product at any time. Once the updated agreement terms are published, they will replace the original agreement terms without further notice. Users can check the latest version of the agreement terms in this app. After modifying the terms of the agreement, if the user does not accept the modified terms, please immediately stop using the services provided by this software. Continuing to use the services provided by this software will be deemed as accepting the modified agreement.

1、 Protection of User Personal Privacy Information

1). If this product discovers or receives reports or complaints from others about users violating the provisions of this agreement, this product has the right to review and delete relevant content, including but not limited to user information and publishing records, at any time without notice. Depending on the severity of the situation, the violating account will be punished with warnings, account bans, device bans, and feature bans, and the user will be notified of the handling results.

2).Users who have been banned for violating the user agreement can contact this product on their own. Among them, users who have been banned will automatically restore their banned functions after the ban period expires. Banned users can submit appeals, and this product will review the appeals and make reasonable judgments on whether to change the punishment measures.

3).The user understands and agrees that this product has the right to punish any behavior that violates relevant laws and regulations or the provisions of this agreement based on reasonable judgment, take appropriate legal actions against any user who violates laws and regulations, and report relevant information to relevant departments in accordance with laws and regulations. The user shall bear all legal responsibilities arising therefrom.

4). The user understands and agrees that in the event of any third-party claims, demands or losses, including reasonable attorney fees, resulting from or arising from the user's violation of the provisions of this agreement, the user shall compensate the product and its cooperating and affiliated companies, and hold them harmless.

2、 User Content Specification

1).The content referred to in this article refers to any content created, uploaded, copied, published, or disseminated by users during the use of this product app, including but not limited to account avatars, names, user descriptions, registration information and authentication materials, or text, images, graphics, and other messages and related link pages sent, replied, or automatically replied to, as well as other content generated by the use of the account or this service.

2). Users are not allowed to use this product's App account or this service to create, upload, copy, publish, or disseminate content that is prohibited by laws, regulations, and policies

(1) Opposing the fundamental principles established by the Constitution;

(2) Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, and undermining national unity;

(3) Damaging national honor and interests;

(4) Those who incite ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermine ethnic unity;

(5) Disrupting national religious policies, promoting cults and feudal superstitions;

(6) Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, and disrupting social stability;

(7) Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or inciting crime;

(8) Insult or defame others, and infringe upon their legitimate rights and interests;

(9) Information containing other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.

3). Users are not allowed to use their product app account or service to create, upload, copy, publish, or disseminate content that interferes with the normal operation of the product app or infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties

(1) Containing any sexual or sexual implications;

(2) Containing abusive, intimidating, or threatening content;

(3) Containing harassment, junk advertising, malicious information, and deceptive information;

(4) Involving the privacy, personal information or data of others;

(5) Infringing upon the legitimate rights of others, such as reputation, portrait, intellectual property, trade secrets, etc;

(6) Contains other information that interferes with the normal operation of this service and infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties.

3、 Usage rules

1). Any content transmitted or published by users in or through this service does not reflect or represent, nor shall it be deemed to reflect or represent, the views, positions or policies of this product, and this product shall not be held responsible for this.

2). Users are not allowed to use this product's App account or this service to engage in the following behaviors:

(1) Submitting or publishing false information, or stealing someone else's profile picture or information, impersonating or using someone else's name;

(2) Forcing or inducing other users to follow, click on link pages, or share information;

(3) Fabricating facts, concealing the truth to mislead or deceive others;

(4) Using technological means to establish fake accounts in bulk;

(5) Engaging in any illegal or criminal activities using this product's App account or this service;

(6) Produce, publish, operate or disseminate methods and tools related to the above behaviors, regardless of whether these behaviors are for commercial purposes;

(7) Other behaviors that violate laws and regulations, infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of other users, interfere with the normal operation of this product app, or are not expressly authorized by this product.

3). The user shall be fully responsible for the authenticity, legality, harmlessness, accuracy, effectiveness, etc. of the information transmitted through the use of this product's App account or this service. Any legal responsibility related to the information disseminated by the user shall be borne by the user, and shall not be related to accessing this product. If any damage is caused to this product or a third party as a result, the user shall compensate according to law.

4). The services provided by this product may include advertisements, and users agree to display advertisements provided by this product and third-party suppliers and partners during use. Unless otherwise specified by laws and regulations, users shall be solely responsible for transactions conducted based on the advertising information. This product shall not be liable for any losses or damages suffered by users as a result of transactions conducted based on the advertising information or the content provided by the aforementioned advertisers.

4、 Other

1). This product solemnly reminds users to pay attention to the clauses in this agreement that exempt the product from liability and limit user rights. Users are advised to carefully read and consider the risks independently. Minors should read this agreement with the accompaniment of their legal guardians.

2). The validity, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If any disputes or controversies arise between the user and this product, they should first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, they should be submitted to the people's court with jurisdiction over the location of the APP for litigation resolution.

3). Any provision of this agreement shall be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, and the remaining provisions shall remain valid and binding on both parties.

4). The final interpretation right of this agreement belongs to this product.
